We founded our campgrounds on the spirit of gathering around a campfire to share stories and laughter. There is a main bonfire next to a bar and hookah lounge, and you're encouraged to come say hello. Bring your drum, your trinkets, and your chair. We'll make a place for you.
In the interest of keeping that founding spirit alive, we do have to set some rules. If you are found to be in violation of any of these rules, you will be asked to leave without reimbursement for your camping or faire tickets.
Campground hours: Friday at 1PM until Monday at noon, every operating weekend.
Move-in and move-out weekends for Camping Season Pass holders: April 17-19 and May 22-14, respectively. On the Sunday of each of those weekends, you'll need to be off the grounds by 5PM, rather than the Monday check-out time during weekends the faire is operating.
RV camping: Boondocking only. There are a very limited number of RV spaces for our spring 2026 season. Please email us to check availability: attheroundtable2024@gmail.com
Pack it in, pack it out: Whatever you bring in with you must leave with you. This means your garbage, which includes any pieces of broken camping equipment.
Toilets: There are port-a-potties provided. Don't abuse them. No items other than toilet tissue should go into them.
Water: Bring what you need for drinking, hand-washing, etc. There is no access to water within the campgrounds.
Electricity: You'll need to make arrangements to bring your own source of electricity if needed. Generators over 65 decibels must have a baffle box. There are medical exceptions; please contact us to make accommodations: attheroundtable2024@gmail.com
Noise: We want you to have a good time, but please be respectful of your neighbors. No sound systems. Music should be at a volume for your campsite. Drum circles are welcome until the onset of Quiet Hours, which are from midnight until 8AM.
Pets: As in the faire, socially acclimated pets that are leashed and completely under their handler's control are welcome. Practice courteous pet owner behaviors—including picking up after them. Also as in the faire, any injury to the pet, injury to others by the pet, or damages wrought by the pet are the handler's responsibility.
Fires: Fires will be allowed in accordance with local ordinances and regulations, including burn bans. No ground fires; any campfire must be contained in a fire pit, and that fire pit must be situated in the middle of a raked area no less than two feet in diameter larger than the fire pit. Fire must be attended at all times, and a fire extinguisher must be visible.
Firewood: Help us avoid the spread of pests and diseases by not bringing any wood from farther than fifty miles from the site. There are many downed limbs and trees onsite that campers are allowed to cut and gather. The cutting of standing trees more than two inches in diameter is not allowed without permission.
Natural hazards: We're in the woods and in the process of carving the campgrounds out of those woods. There will be stobs, roots, and other trip hazards; mind your step.
Wildlife: Most wildlife will vacate the premises when humans move in with their noise and fires, but venomous snakes are native to the area. If you encounter a snake or other wildlife, do not attempt to touch or remove it yourself. Visit the main bonfire to contact an owner.
Mind-altering substances: Please drink responsibly. No underage consumption. No illegal substances.
