Whispering Grove Faire Terms and Conditions

  By purchasing a ticket or entering the Whispering Grove Faire property at 2785 FM 770 Kountze, TX, 776725, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions set forth by the organizer, Mutiny at the Round Table, LLC. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject anyone who violates these terms and conditions. 

Tickets and Refunds: 

Our event is “rain or shine.” All ticket sales final. No refunds. 

Prohibited Items:

No firearms, illegal substances, or drones. Blades must be peace-tied. 

Other Prohibited Items:

Specific to the festival grounds ONLY, which does NOT include the campground or parking lot: no outside alcohol, outside food, or outside drinks. Visitors may enter with one unopened bottle of water. 

Please note it is a Class C misdemeanor to possess an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, even if the vehicle is parked. 

Pets:

Pets must be socially acclimated, leashed, and completely under their handler's control at all times. Any injury to the pet, injury to others by the pet, or damages wrought by the pet are the handler's responsibility. The handler is required to pick up after the pet. 

 Safety and Liability:

Entry to the property in its entirety is at your own risk. Neither Mutiny at the Round Table, LLC nor Whispering Grove Faire are responsible for any injuries, damages, or lost/stolen items.  

Patrons and guests must comply with all local and federal laws and regulations.  

Photography and Videography:

Specific to the festival grounds ONLY, which does NOT include the campground or parking lot: By entering the festival grounds, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the organizer and its associates for marketing purposes without compensation.
