Daily Performances

Circus Dracul

History of Fire

History of Fire

Circus Dracul is a sharp-witted, high-energy performing duo serving up a fang-tastic mix of juggling, comedy, magic, and knife throwing—with a Transylvanian twist!
At the heart of the act are Lucian Dracul, the stern and skillful ringmaster of the macabre, and Trixie Twinkletoes, a mischievous jester with a pun for every perilous stunt. Legend has it she was “rescued” by Lucian… though who’s rescuing whom is still up for debate.
With a performance style that's edgy, comedic, and surprisingly family-friendly, Circus Dracul keeps audiences of all ages spellbound—and giggling—at Renaissance festivals and beyond. Whether they're juggling blades, cracking jokes, or defying danger, they promise just one thing:
You’ll leave thoroughly entertained… and possibly questioning your definition of “sane.”

All journeys need musical accompaniment! Rob the Wandering Bard weaves his voice and strings into the fabric of an enchanted day at the faire. He travels the paths with you, gathering friends along the way.

True to his name, this bard wanders the grove in search of all those who enjoy music and laughter. Our beloved bard shares stories through song and lyrical verses you recognize, reinvented for the fanciful world of the faire.

After Hours: Blaggards

Saturday, April 25 @ 7pm

Join us at Whispering Grove Faire for a night with our favorite Stout Irish Rock band! We owe much to these magnificent musicians.  Find out more about them at their official website.
Blaggards helped us kick off our first season in the fall of 2024, when we were trying to get our legs under us. In 2025, they and the Logon Cafe in Beaumont hosted an evening of celebration and fundraising that will forever fill our hearts with gratitude. Their charity performance energized the crowd, with proceeds going toward the growth of the faire. There is no greater treasure than the support of good people!
On the night of Opening Day, Blaggards return to Whispering Grove Faire for our first season at our permanent home. The bar will be serving up beverages and the band will be serving up the rock!
