Fall 2026 Food Vendor Application
Fall application deadline: September 15
Welcome cooks, bakers, culinarians, and wandering food vendors! Whispering Grove Faire is now accepting applications for food vendors for our fall season. We are seeking unique, immersive, and high-quality food experiences that help bring the world of Whispering Grove Faire to life for our patrons.

Fall 2026 dates: October 24 - November 15
Vendors are required to set up for the run of the faire season. Move-in weekend will take place the weekend prior to opening day. Move-out weekend will take place the weekend following the close of the season.
Food Vendor Space Pricing:
- With electricity: $500
- Without electricity: $400
No Call / No Show Policy:
- A $100 no call/no show fee will be assigned to food vendors who fail to notify management of an absence during scheduled operating weekends.
Food vendor policies and requirements:
Limited power is available onsite. Vendors are encouraged to plan accordingly and provide their own power solutions when necessary. (For more information, please see the contact information at the end of this form.)
There is currently no running water onsite. Vendors are responsible for bringing and maintaining their own water supply for food preparation, hand washing, sanitation, and operational needs.
Insurance is required for all food vendors. Every booth space must have a working fire extinguisher present and easily accessible at all times during operation.
Appropriate costume attire is required for all vendors and booth workers during faire operating hours. T-shirts are not considered acceptable attire during faire hours at any point in time unless specifically approved by management.
Modern branding, corporate logos, and visible commercial advertising must be covered or concealed whenever possible during operating hours. This includes popup tent branding, coolers, packaging, and other modern visual distractions that break immersion.
No illegal substances are permitted onsite at any time.
There is absolutely no camping allowed within the faire. Vendors are permitted free RV or tent-camping spots within the onsite designated campgrounds.
Food vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their booth spaces and for properly disposing of all trash, grease, wastewater, and refuse generated by their booth, staff, and customers.
Construction policy:
Structures/platforms will be permitted at this time only for approved returning vendors entering their second season with Whispering Grove Faire and confirming intent to remain with us for the 2027 spring season as well.
All structures and platforms must:
- be approved by management prior to construction.
- maintain the immersive atmosphere of the faire.
- meet safety and accessibility requirements.
- be properly maintained throughout the season.
- remain operational during both spring and fall scheduled Whispering Grove Faire sessions.
If a vendor with a platform is not operating during scheduled hours without prior approval from management, Whispering Grove Faire reserves the right to utilize the platform space as needed for faire operations or approved temporary use.

Your application is not considered complete without images, which you can attach by clicking on the text, "Click here to attach images," located below the form boxes. The total size for all images cannot exceed 15MB. Attached images should include the following:
- Photos of your menu items
- Photos of your booth setup/trailer
- Copies of any required permits or certifications
- Photos or sketches of any planned platforms/structures
Please note: one of these images will be used on our website to promote your shop. If you prefer a particular one be used for that purpose, describe which one in the form box for "Describe your business in 100-250 words."
By clicking the "Submit Application" button you agree to the following, if accepted:
- abide by all event terms and conditions, as well as all other faire rules, food safety requirements, operational policies, safety protocols, platform requirements, vendor conduct standards, costume requirements, immersion requirements, insurance requirements, cleanliness requirements, and safety policies.
- be responsible for your own setup, decorating, tear-down, and cleanup.
- give Mutiny at the Round Table, LLC, as well as WhisperingGroveFaire.com permission to display the shop description and an image provided through this form.
Please note: submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into Whispering Grove Faire. Vendor placement and approval are at the discretion of management.
