Fall 2026 Vendor Application

 Welcome, creators, makers, and rogues alike! The gates of Whispering Grove Faire open once more for our Fall Season, and we are now accepting vendor applications from craftspeople, artisans, merchants, and unique demonstrators who help bring the Grove to life. 

We are especially seeking vendors with handcrafted goods, immersive displays, and a passion for creating a memorable patron experience.

 Vendors are required to set up for the run of the faire. Move-in weekend will take place the weekend prior to opening day. Move-out weekend will take place the weekend following the close of the season. 

• Booth space - $250

•  A $50 no call/no show fee will be assessed to vendors who fail to notify management of an absence during scheduled operating weekends.

 Raffles for your wares are permitted within your own booth space. Raffle ticket hawkers may not attempt to sell raffle tickets to patrons who are actively engaged with another vendor. Raffle ticket hawkers may not enter another vendor’s booth or merchant space for the purpose of solicitation or ticket sales.

Appropriate costume attire is required for all vendors and booth workers during faire operating hours. T-shirts are not considered acceptable attire during faire hours at any point in time unless specifically approved by management.

Modern branding, corporate logos, and visible commercial advertising must be covered or concealed whenever possible during operating hours. This includes popup tent branding, coolers, packaging, and other modern visual distractions that break immersion.

No illegal substances are permitted onsite at any time.

Insurance is required for all booths and vendors. Every booth space must have a working fire extinguisher present and easily accessible at all times during operation.

There is absolutely no camping allowed within the faire. Vendors are permitted free RV or tent-camping spots within the onsite designated campgrounds.

Vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their booth spaces and for properly disposing of all trash generated by their booth, staff, and customers. 

 Structures/platforms will be permitted at this time only for approved returning vendors entering their second season with Whispering Grove Faire and confirming intent to remain with us for the 2027 spring season as well.

All structures and platforms must:

• be approved by management prior to construction.
• maintain the immersive atmosphere of the faire.
• meet safety and accessibility requirements.
• be properly maintained throughout the season.
• remain operational during both spring and fall scheduled Whispering Grove Faire sessions.

If a vendor with a platform is not operating during scheduled hours without prior approval from management, Whispering Grove Faire reserves the right to utilize the platform space as needed for faire operations or approved temporary use.
